Step 1, Schedule A Pickup

If you haven’t done so already, schedule a pickup.

Simply Login to your account and select the “New Laundry Order” button. Enter all your information, select your pickup date                                                               (Place your order before 2:00pm for next day pickup) and choose your preferences. Be sure to leave any special instructions in the spaces provided such as specific pickup instructions. ( laundry is located on the back porch or gate code is xxx etc…)

Step 2, Your First Pickup

Our drivers love to get an early start, we typically beat the sun up lol. We ask that you leave your dirty laundry outside your front door the evening before pickup,  where our driver can easily find it. (Your front porch is a great spot) In plain sight is best but if it’s not possible, please leave the location of your laundry in your order instructions so our driver is certain to find it. If this is your first order with us please put your clothing in a plastic or cloth bag clearly labeled with “For Smelly Shirt” and your name. Please no boxes or hampers.

Step 3 Celebrate

Horray, You’re Done!

Sit back and Kick up your feet, enjoy all that free time you just created, let us do the rest. We’ll come collect your laundry, process it to your specifications and then bring it right back to you the next day.  Don’t worry, we’ll let you know by text message when it’s been picked up and when it’s been dropped off, your duds are in good hands. We’ll weigh your laundry after pickup, when this is complete you’ll receive your invoice for payment via text message.

Your very own Smelly Shirt Laundry Bag

When we’ve completed your first order, we will return your finished wash and include your very own Smelly Shirt laundry bag to use with future orders, it should hold between 40- 60 lbs of laundry so fill it to your heart’s content.  You can use this blue bag in the future when you set out your dirty laundry, that way we know just what to look for.

Estimating Your Cost

The best way to estimate your cost is to step onto a scale with your bag of laundry and then subtract your own weight, multiply this weight X the cost per pound and you’ll get a basic idea of the cost, minus taxes and any applicable fees. We can tell you that a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag holds about 15 pounds of laundry – or one to two loads – but first time users often underestimate. We suggest you start small and get a feel for how great the service is and a sense of what it will cost you. We’re confident you’ll see the value but we want to make sure your first impression is a positive one.

Yucky Happens

If you have clothing that needs special attention, please let us know when you place your order, we sadly can’t promise that we can fix it but we’ll certainly give it some extra love, if you can, try to pre-treat the stain as that gives us the best chance of getting it out.
